Apply the power of Kanban beyond just a team to have an impact on the entire organization.
The Professional Flow Metrics for Scrum (PFMS) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate their depth of knowledge of using flow metrics for scrum teams or within a scrum framework. Those who pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PFMS Certification to demonstrate their knowledge of applying flow metrics to scrum events.
Taking a course is not required and if you feel that you already possess a high level of knowledge, understanding of metrics, and how to apply them to scrum, you have the option to take the PFMS assessment directly. However, there are courses available to help you prepare for the assessment and gain a stronger understanding of practices.
The assessment is difficult; preparation is required to achieve a passing score. Reading the Scrum Guide alone isn’t typically enough preparation and we recommend reviewing the following content:
We have curated some learning resources that are specifically geared toward toward helping our users to be successful in taking the PFMS assessment – you can find those HERE!
